Camera & Exposure
HDR
High Dynamic Range — capturing or displaying detail in both the darkest and brightest parts of a scene at once. In listing photography it usually means blending multiple exposures so the room AND the view out the window both survive.
Done well, HDR is invisible. Done badly, it’s the glowing-edge, radioactive-lawn look that screams 2012.
Why it matters for your listings
Buyers judge listings by windows. HDR technique (or an AI pass tuned to do it tastefully) is how you show the room and the view without a white rectangle of light.
