Camera & Exposure
Frame Rate
How many individual images your camera records per second, measured in fps. 24fps is the cadence movies use, 30fps is the clean standard for tours, 60fps captures enough frames to slow footage down smoothly in the edit.
Frame rate is a creative decision you make BEFORE the shoot. Mixing rates mid-project without a plan is why so many listing videos stutter — pick one per shoot and commit.
Why it matters for your listings
Shoot walkthroughs at 30, cinematic signature pieces at 24, and anything you plan to slow-mo at 60. That one habit removes the "something feels off" from your edits.
