Content Pillars
3–4 recurring themes that structure everything you post — e.g., listings, local life, market education, behind-the-scenes. Pillars turn "what do I post today?" into a rotation.
Each pillar earns a different asset: listings show inventory, local content builds neighborhood authority, education attracts sellers, BTS builds trust.
Why it matters for your listings
Random posting builds nothing; pillars compound. Followers should be able to describe your account in one sentence — that sentence is your pillars.
